What is the minimum order quantity?
Ready-stock folding gift boxes start at 20 boxes per selected size and color. Other product categories may have different minimums, which are shown on the product page before ordering.

Yes. When the Australia market is selected, product, printing, shipping, and checkout prices display in AUD.
Is logo printing included in the box price?
No. The box price and logo-printing fee are shown separately. Each selected print location is charged according to the quantity tier above.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. We send the required digital proof for review, and logo production begins only after written approval.
How long does delivery to Australia take?
Eligible ready-to-ship orders use DDP Sea Freight, estimated at 30–40 business days in transit after dispatch. Standard ready-to-ship processing normally requires 1–3 business days before dispatch. Can I cancel or return an order?
Unshipped standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Logo-printed or fully custom orders cannot be cancelled after printing or custom production begins. Unprinted ready-stock boxes may be eligible for a return request within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping to China paid by the customer. Logo-printed and fully custom orders are not returnable for non-quality reasons. For a quality issue, contact us with photos; approved quality-issue return costs are covered by us.
